We follow our products through the design and manufacturing process, to ensure the products our customers receive are of the highest quality. Our customers can be assured they are getting the product they want, achieving higher cooling performance, and having an enhanced user experience. Iceberg Thermal stands behind its products with a limited warranty policy as follows: Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorized resellers. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and it is not transferable.

What is Covered by This Warranty?

Iceberg Thermal limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. What is not covered by this warranty? The Warranty does not apply to:
  1. Products that were bought through other channels than the authorized resellers;
  2. Problems that occur exceed the warranty period from the date of original purchase of the product;
  3. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic;
  4. Damage caused by external cause, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire;
  5. A Product that has been modified;
  6. Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

Go to our website and download an RMA form to initiate a warranty claim. You will need the receipt as proof of purchase.

Warranty Process

If your product fails to operate properly while in use under normal conditions within the warranty period, visit our website to download an RMA form. Customer will cover the cost to send in the unit to us for repair or replacement. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. we will then be shipping the repaired or replacement parts by our cost. When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Iceberg Thermal, Iceberg Thermal takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Iceberg Thermal does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
